The 2012 Frontier Bank Community Concert Series will feature 10 youth performances to open the show, with artists ranging from 10-18 years old. The youth artists will be mentored by our sound and production staff as well as the headlining act on all the ‘behind the scenes’ activities required in programming a high quality concert. They will also be given constructive feedback at the end of their set from sound engineers, bands and the Mountain Town Music staff. These students will receive an amazing opportunity to play for an appreciative audience on the same stage as musical icons such as Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson performed. This unique opportunity helps solidify a passionate pursuit of the arts by our community’s young musicians.
