Pete Rude grew up in the west, and was influenced by music he listened to on old records and crackly radio stations while driving in the old pickup truck with his Dad. Among his favorites are Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings and they are reflected in Pete’s style. He puts a new and unique twist on the old honky-tonk style performance bringing a youthful, modern approach.
